Hi there,

I just got my Hero last week and everything is running pretty smoothly, except for that some of the pictures I've put onto the phone to use with peoples contact details aren't showing up in either the selection screen in People, or in the album in pictures. They're definitely on the phone and I've uploaded them a number of times. I've tried different sizes, formats and colour modes but nothing seems to work. It's quite perplexing.

Where have you stored them?

What I have done is to create a folder called 'piccies' or whatever on my SD card then transfered all piccies sorting them out into sub folders and you should find that your album will pick them up, it works for me.
