Personal wiki/offline wiki app? NOT WIKIPEDIA

Hey And-fans, can anybody help me find the right app?

I've got a personal wiki on my computer for organizing my thoughts. I want to be able to read and edit it on my phone too, and preferably have it synch w/ my computer.

Requirements:
- Shall run on Android OS
- Shall support both reading and editing of the wiki
- Could have version/revision control
- Shall be compatible with my PC in one of the following ways:
1) The same wiki app running on both. Maybe synchs automatically, maybe uses a file synch.
2) Different wiki apps, but markup is compatible. Synchs /w file synch.

Sorry to necro, but I found this searching on google for an "android wiki app."

I would like to update, that as of July 11, 2011, Ema Personal Wiki has now, in fact, been released as free and open source!
