I am trying to access an online banking website option and a box keeps popping up saying the app browser has requested access to a certificate. At the bottom it says you can install certificates from a PKCS#12 file with a .pfx or .p12 extension. I have no idea whAt I need to do or what I have to do? Help please! This is urgent!

They would appear to want digital certificates installed on your device to be used for security purposes. You need to contact the bank to apply for a digital certificate and should use the .p12 version in Android
