    Hey all,
First, I wish to salute and thank all the C771-M130 devs that helped discover root-exploit for Commando. Life is good with root! However, I've run into some sort of glitch and have been unable to locate any answers, here or on VZW's Support Forum.
At seemingly random times, after closing the Homescreen, my rooted M130 likes to 'wake up' and some form of 'phantom swiping' begins. It typically opens my clock widget, alarm clock, sometimes other apps (very random) then locks into a weird pattern of swiping that I cannot break into unless I close and re-open homescreen. It swipes thru screens both up-down and left-right at rapid speeds. Sometimes the display will 'flutter' slightly. After re-open, its open to app but phantom has vanished haha. Even stranger, it seems to only do this AFTER I've set the phone down facing up and AFTER I've been data-apping (text or email usually)
Been rooted since exploit was found and followed safe removal guide; this problem only recently popped up in last few weeks. Seems to be harmless so far but its rather annoying. Anyone else have similar problems or have advice??
    Thanks in advance!

I have had a similar issue with the same phone not rooted ..
so it might be something not related to the root..

If I may what exploit / method did you use to root ?
also welcome aboard .. Happy Rooting

Update: My phantom is expanding :( My phone now likes to reboot as well as do its lock-out ghost-swiping thing. Regularity hasn't changed, but I've found it will do this while a sizable app is running (for me, gaming apps like WSOP, Plague Inc, etc). I'm beginning to wonder if this is a memory/RAM issue, but Watchdog and my system info tells me everything looks fine. Is there or where can I find a system log that will provide me info detailing these events? Blood-pressure slowly rising....

r_hippy: I rooted M130 using the method listed here, using ES File Explorer, BusyBox, SU, and TB Pro. manual edits to system files seems like a big risk, but after getting used to ES File Explorer it was extremely easy. Just make sure to back up ALL your system stuff using TB FIRST (lite version will work). Pro version was AWESOME for freezing apps to ensure they wouldn't mess up other systems/apps. Also, make sure to follow the Safe App Removal Guide found on this site.

    running in shell
es explorer root explorer are simple I liked this one as well

I use shell on all the web servers I build . the back end of the phone is much like Linux

Yup, thats the correct guide. Highly recommend FREEZING apps first, keep frozen a few days, reboot a couple times, make sure all is good, then delete away! Also, take caution when transferring certain apps to SD (some will end up glitched or causing reboot, again FREEZE first). Though I must admit, never have I felt so much joy as when I made all that crappy bloatware vanish. Now if I could just get my 'Phantom of the Commando' to vanish as well....

As described in This thread, mine buzz's and Switch's back and forth until I shut done the screen. Not only is it annoying, but I wonder if this can't be fixed. Acts as it receives spontaneous commands. Very frustrating. Is the phone messed up or what.
