Well, today I applied my Phantomskin and it seems there is water under the protector... Its hard to describe but there are just a couple of splotches of tiny water... Should I reapply or just let it stand? And for how long?

i use invisible shield but if there tiny they will go away on their own, if there big they should have been able to push out with a squeege (i assume you got one with it)

As stated in other PhantomSkinz threads, their screen protectors usually take a few days to "heal" properly. It's unfortunate, but otherwise they are awesome protectors.

Continue to "condition" the protector by rubbing it and/or using the application card. Multiple times a day will help. Eventually any remaining air pockets and water will be removed after a few days. Should be safe to run the device as long as any excess water is not present to drip into any cracks in the phone casing.

Just for future reference - water is not required.

Thanks! But just wondering... is it okay to turn my device on? It has been applied for about 1 and 1/2 hours now

The water under the screen should be normal. When you apply it you should def try to get as much of the water from under the protector out. And I would def leave it off for at least 2-4 hrs like they say in the paper instructions. After applying them I always stick the phones in a window where they can sit in the sun for a little to help them dry a little faster, but always make sure they are not getting melting hot lol :p

Personally I would give it atleast a day if you choose to use water. Better safe than sorry. Dont want a $600 paper weight.
