Help Phone answering calls on its own since 4.1.2 patch

Hi guys,
I have an issue that I only just noticed after the recent patch (4.1.2).

I have also only noticed it when my parents call me, the phone will answer the call automatically and seems to put it on speaker as well. Several times now my mom has been sitting there on the other end listening to my conversation with my wife.

How is this happening? Is it thinking I'm telling it to answer or is it something else?

How do i stop this from happening?
