Help Phone App FORCE CLOSE when making calls

hi guys im using Batista Rom here

and every now and then when making and receiving calls im receiving force close errors, i dont know why, im also using excontacts and exdialer could this be the reason its crashing?

any feedback will be appreciate it

have to clarify that this happened to me on two roms using the FULL SCREEN MOD por hone application...Batista and Checkrom ....
