Phone app - touchscreen controls annoying

In the main phone app, with contacts visible, each number has a little card on the right that accesses all their details/numbers. It takes me about 5 or 6 goes to be able to hit that button, mostly it just dials that number. It drives me insane. I dont have particularly big fingers or anything but its annoying. Is there a different display I can use?

I know what you mean, the only other way is to long press on the contact and then view contact.
