My Evo V is blinking a red and green LED notification light. It's plugged into my computer and it works fine, but it's quite hot.

Anyone know why it's blinking red and then green?

You may have an overheating issue. EVO 3D phones have been known to have this in the past. Download a battery app to check the temperature and make sure it isn't getting hot enough to actually burn you.

Its a signal that your phone will stop charging due to overheating. It'll stop charging so your phone doesn't increase in heat thus damaging the battery.
