    Hello everyone

I am currently having problems with my phone, it is a Meizu M2 and will not connect to my laptop. It used to do so, but now it only charges, I can no longer access the phones mass storage system.
The phone still charges when I connect it.
I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again, wont work and also tried using different USB ports, still wont work. I did try to download the approite drivers for it, but they cannot be found from my laptop and also wont work.

    Please help.

Also, I appologise in advance for my late replies as I am at school.

    Thanks

Have you recently received a System update ?
Newer versions of Android have the USB default to charge only. To connect to a PC you now have to change the USB from charge only to MPT.
Usually when you connect, you can pull down on the drop down menu and select the USB symbol. Should have options there.

I do not beleive I have had a system update. I did try pulling down the drop menu and selscting the USB symbol, it lead me to an optons menue with mediat transfer, USB charge only or disconnect, so I selected media transfer, yet nothing happens

tried to install all the drivers again and followed the videos, they wont install because they have not been digitally signed off. Are there anyother solutions lil removing my sd card and plugging it into my laptop through a miro sd card reader? will that allow me to access my phones files?

You can try it that way as long as the SD card is not encrypted.
Have a look at AirDroid at the Play Store. Seen it recommended a lot here for transferring files and data wirelessly between phone and PC.
Might be able to use it as a workaround.
