So after a little partying last night I woke up this morning to my Verizon DROID RAZR displaying the "too many password attempts" screen, and I can't remember setting up a recovery thing to do that... I've tried:
    1. Powering off and holding the "up" volume key
    2. Using "null" as a password in both caps and lower case
    3. Tapping the home button like a maniac upon power up
    4. The "three button" trick

I had this happen once before and I had to set my phone back to factory settings and I lost everything on it, I'm hoping that's not what I'm going to have to do

Take it to Verizon. Ask if they can get it to the "gmail login" screen. Put in its gmail address and password and that will unlock it.
