    Hello people,

When i put files on my SD card. Android doesn't see the files right away. Most of the time after a couple of boots. This is really irritating me. I unmount the device but still no files. Does someone have the answer for this? Searched the crap out of google, but couldn't find anything useful.

    Thanks.

I've been getting that too with my new vibrant. It mostly seems to be with some video clips from an older phone and some other clips in wmv that won't play directly but if you long press and load that way they work.

Did you put folders with pictures in the stock folders DCIM or 100MEDIA ?
In this folders the stock media player doesn't see folders/files.
