Phone fell in water, broken volume buttons

Hi, I have a samsung edge 6+ that fell in water. I removed it quick, made the mistake of powering it on but it seemed to work. After a while the volume buttons started glitching and have caused the phone to only boot into safe mode. It is now sitting in a bag of instant rice,

Can anyone suggest a way to run the phone and disable safe mode ?

Can anyone suggest an online company that could clean the phone and repair the volume buttons ?
