Anything you guys can think that could help? I've searched around, and found that holding down VOLUME DOWN and Power lets you hard reset the phone, but this doesn't work for me. I hold them down, and the phone just boots up like normal and then shuts off.

I rooted it, and it was working fine. Rebooted a few times and then it quit working.

Yes. It was charged all night long, and fully charged when I rebooted it.

Return it. You might have a faulty battery or something.

I'll give the battery a shot, didn't think of that. I work for AT&T, and it's my company issued device(had a 3GS), so I can't really return it... I can always order another one(for free :)), but it would take about a week to get here.

The door to the micro USB bay has to be retracted until it clicks or the USB cord will not fit tight or get a good connection.

Yes I know. I work for AT&T, I know how to charge a phone. :)

The phone had a full charge when I took it off the charger this morning, and it quit working about 30 minutes after. It's charged. I'll swap out the battery tomorrow and see what happens. If it doesn't fix things, I guess I'll just order another.

I wasn't giving you a hard time, I didn't open the bay door all the way msyself until it clicked and the USB cord would fall if I barely moved the phone. I examed it more closely and that is when I found I had failed to totally retract the bay door until it clicked. Just thought you could have done the same thing I did.
