Phone icon next to wifi

Hi guys! Anyone know what the small phone icon means?

It's the WiFi calling icon, and means the service is available.

Sure looks like it.

Although when my wifi calling is active the cell radio turns off and the signal bars are grayed out.

according to the icon glossary (settings> about phone> icon glossary), it appears that it means speakerphone is on.
