Phone is saying letters as I type them

A very annoying thing that has started to happen is my phone will say letters as I type them. I have reset my phone to make sure there wasn't anything else in the background. Talkback is disabled and it only started happening when I used the google search for the first time. Not sure if that has anything to do with it? It is exceptionally annoying and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried going through accessibility options and your default keyboard options?

Starting doing it for me its really a-n-o-y-i-n-g just started out of the blue just turn off vybe in your accessiblity settings
