Phone keeps vibrating and won't start up

[Android Question]

Hello,

Yesterday i was outside and it was raining,
so i used my phone 5seconds in the rain...
5 minutes later i went to my house and i plugged in the battery charger..
He worked like a half hour and then i was off.
When he was off he was keep vibrating the whole time!
What can i do now?

I have a Samsung ch@t b-5330

The phone is water-damaged. Plugging in the charger just made things worse. Repairing it may cost more than replacing it.
