Help Phone lost signal says airplane mode on

Hopefully you guys can give some advice. I have a SF and flashed the DL30. Have had no problems so far. I also did the lag-fix update for DL30. No problems again for several days. Now today, I look at the phone and it has the blue circle with a slash through it. I go to phone and it says I have airplane mode on. I go to settings, airplane mode is off. I go to about phone-> status and it says Phone number unknown, PRL version not available. Any ideas? Do I need to reflash DL30? And yes I tried re-booting. Any help would be appreciated.

OK. Posted too soon. I re-booted once again and now it is back???? That is weird!
