Help Phone not responding

i was trying to get the latest update of cyanogen mod v2.0 M5...
somehow the phone stuck and didnt start...
Then i tried to flash it with original 2.1 rom to be on the safe side but unfortunately it also got stuck and now my phone is not even blinking or starting...the power button has no effect whatsoever...
Please am in a big mess...help anyone please..

How did you try?! Fastboot or Recovery? You did a mistake trying to flash back to 2.1...

Now, Connect your phone to your PC, open KDZ Updater, this time select "cs_emergency" instead of "DIAG" in PhoneMode (Type: should be 3GQCT as before) & flash a 2.1 Fastboot ROM...

Nope it is not working...
It says PHONE WAS NOT FOUND...

Actually the screen doesnt even light whenever i do charging or connect it to PC...!!!
Power button also doesnt work....!!!

Hey, I am now currently running Android 2.3.7..
waiting for 4.0 final..but the problem now with my phone is that it restarts automatically..!!!
I am really irritated and frustrated by it...
moreover the swap file does not get activated on boot..
I have to manually activate it through Swapper..
Please tell me what i can do to stop the automatic restarts..!!
Please help...
