my phone only works when it is plugged into the charger in the wall.. is this a charging port issue?
Hello. Being as it's working when connected to a charge, I'm left guessing that it's a battery problem. All batteries have a life and your's may have reached it's end. You might try removing and and making certain the contacts are clean and replacing it. If it's still not charging, it might be time to invest in a new battery. They aren't very expensive and can be found at your local carrier outlet or online from many vendors. I hope this helps.
