Hi, open Device Manager and see if you have an entry with an exclamation mark by it, if so right click and select update driver and look on computer option, then display devices or some such (am not at home so can't see exact wording) then you should see an entry that says MPT? Click on that and it should work, I will check correct wording when I get home and repost if necessary. Phil
