Help Phone Restarting continuously

Hi all,

My phone Xperia Ray is getting restarted continuously. I searched many discussions and everyone is suggesting to reset the phone to factory settings. But how can i reset it ??? Because the phone is showing the unlock screen just for a second and restarts. Also it is not detected by the computer.
I'm in trouble. Is there Any solution friends ??? Atleast to backup the contacts.

For both of you, run a repair following the below steps (yes this is done with the phone powered off) and this will remove the lock/and tend to resolve the issue you have described:

To repair the phone software
1. Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support at Download for PC - Sony Smartphones (Global UK English)
2. Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable.
3. In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
4. Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
5. Click repair phone.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
