"I am busy right now. I will call you later." This seems like a feature that I had with my BB. If you miss a call or reject a call, you could send this text message to the caller automatically.

My question is, how do you do this on the Eris? I can't figure it out. Has anyone used this feature?

    Try:
    Phone
    Menu
    Phone Settings
    Edit default message

Love it and use it all the time

I think he already knows how to edit the message, but he's asking how to send it to the person whose call you ignore. I was wondering that too; I don't remember the phone ever asking me whether to send it. In other words, how do you "use it"?

I'm sorry, I misunderstood. It only works on my phone when the screen is locked. It comes up with "press menu key for options" and then hit send message.

Thats kind of crazy if it only works when the screen is locked.

I just tried it again, and it does work when the phone is not locked. It just doesn't pop up the options. You just hit menu while it's ringing and hit send message. I thought my phone was messed up, but apparently I was doing something wrong.
