I turned on my Android Samsung galaxy centura for the first time and its been downloading and doing nothing else for 15 mins now is that normal?
Is it in the "do not turn off device" screen? Then no, it's not normal, it should be returned for replacement. Is it running, just downloading something, but you can still use it? It could be downloading an update, your email, apps you're installing, many things.
