phone storage removed

Hello. I'm using samsung note 3. yesterday i try to look at my moment on wechat but i cant excess it. it say no memory card but i'm using memory card. then it says phone storage removed. insert a new one. how should i solve this?

Turn the phone off. Pull the card out. Insert it fully (you'll feel it click.) Turn the phone on.

If it doesn't recognize it, try a different card - the card may be shot. If not, bring it in for repair.
