I'm running das Bamf 3.0 4.9. All was fine until 10 minutes ago when I changed to system font through the Das Bamg toolkit. I got a message saying it will have to reboot....and now the phone is stuck at the white HTC screen. What's going on? I tried taking the battery out and restarting it, not happening.

It looks like I CAN access HBoot though, and recovery. Any ideas?

Did a google search and found another thread in this forum on this issue, which is apparently known. Since I did not make a nandroid backup after flashing the rom it looks like my only option is to wipe and reflash. Annoying. Anyhow sorry for posting a new thread, I didn't find the other one in my original search.

Wipe cache and dalvik in recovery. Should fix your issue. If not, a full wipe definitely will

Thanks. Did a full wipe, I'm fine now.

Not to sound ungrateful because I really like this rom, but wouldn't it make sense for the developer's to pull the font change option from the toolbox? Unless you do a search for it, and there's no reason you would, I doubt I'll be the last person to decide to change the system font through the toolbox!

When I was on BAMF a while back it was well known that the font changer in toolbox didn't work. I can only assume it was said somewhere and maybe you didn't see it? Either way, this is why backups are the most important part of being rooted. Your full wipe could have easily been avoided ;)

Yep. I'm relatively new to this game, lesson learned. Thanks for your help.
