Phone stuck on Metropcs screen

i restarted my phone and it has been stuck on metropcs screen
tried doing factory reset but still won't turn on
Please HELP

Your device came out in 2013, so you're lucky to have had it last this long.
The battery is most likely dead and I suggest you buy a new device...

The only other thing that you could try would be to reflash the full stock firmware package
