Help Phone STUCK on Samsung custom lock

My phone was having a problem and just kept rebooting over and over again and not staying on at all. I had not done anything different it just started this randomly. I tried different ways of powering up and was brought to the custom os screen. I may have hit the wrong button and now it is stuck on the custom screen. I tried bringing it to recovery mode and chose "erase data" it then came back to the custom screen, Can anything be done??? As much as I want the GS5 I dont want to be forced into an upgrade right now

Phone is NOT rooted and no longer under warranty with AT&T
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Home lock and volume buttons at the same time

Try removing the battery, replace it and report what happens

The same thing happens every time. I've taken the battery out multiple times
