Help Phone tripping out

Ok I have rooted my phone and have had it rooted for almost a month now. I don't know what I did but know I don't have the option to end the call when i make a call.I turned off the phone, took out the battery and still no luck. Dont believe its the flash player because everything had been fine since i put it on. Any ideas what I can do. I dont want to reset my phone.

Ok now i reset my phone and still the same problem

Settings, display.. adjust proximity sensor. Turning it off made the end button, dialpad come back for me.

Awesome it worked, I feel like an idiot lol. I reset my phone like six times trying to fix this.
