Phone Update - Motorola Moto X Style

For some reason, my phone won't up date from the 24.12.18 version. Also, my phone's security update hasn't changed since November 1st. 2015.

I have tried a factory reset and reinstalling the stock ROM. Any suggestions please?

I can only suggest that you wait and check occasionally.

Motorola used to go through final user testing on upgrades (they called it Soak Test) and when it was done they would release the update to everyone at the same time.

What has been happening for the last year or so is that some users who are not involved in the Soak Test get the release while the test is still in progress. This might be the case here.
