Phone Videos to TV Apps

There was an app that I had that would allow me to play my phone's videos on a TV. I cannot remember what the name of that app is. It is actually for my wife and her iPhone5. She likes playing concerts she went to on the TV. I will thank for help.

FilmOn TV? It has a casting capability I think.
Or, Chromecast, or Plex.

To clarify...I am talking about using your camcorder to record a video. Then you use an app to watch the video on your TV.

There's Camera Cast for Chromecast and there's another app that has a list of all Chromecast apps in the play store called Cast Store for Chromecast.
