Phone won't mount

When attempting to mount the phone it mounts for a second then says preparing sd card. It was working this morning, have added no new apps to the phone or the computer. In the device manager there is no yellow warning. I have rebooted the phone. I can take the card out, put it in a card reader and everything is fine. You can see by my sig I am rooted and running Cyan 4.1.11.1. One thing else, it is recognized by adb.
