Help Phone won't turn on

I plugged my S2 into charge last night when I went to bed (it was at about 80% already), and left it on, as I do every night. When I woke up the phone was off and wouldnt turn on. I tried hard and soft resets, changed batteries, plugged into computer, everything i could think of but still not even a whisper from the phone. Of course, the 12 month warranty expired a month or two back.

I should mention its not rooted or altered in anyway from when I got it, aside from the standard software updates of course. There is no water damage and I havent dropped it for ages.

Any ideas?

when u plug in the charger does it get hot?
