I have about 30 photo's I want to rotate and use as wallpapers and home/lock screens.

What size photo do I need to resize to, to make the home/lock screens. Is it 840x840?

Also is there an app that can do it for me to save me having to resize all manually?

    Thanks Simon

Wallpaper Wizardrii may help. I usually resize things on the computer, in Paint.net, then copy them to the phone. (But I'm a developer, not an artist, so I'm probably doing it the hard way.)

    I think the Note II is 720 x 1280

You can also use an app by Samsung in their store called Photo Editor
