Help Photos coming out with lines in them??

About 1 in 4 photos I take with the camera come out with vertical and or horizontal lines in them. It does it using just the standard camera, FX Camera and Camera360. I keep the camera still while taking them, so I don't think it's from moving the camera. I've searched forum after forum and haven't seen anyone else having these issues. Here are some samples of what's happening. Anyone else seen this or know what the cause is??
