Hi--
I was adding pictures from my Picasa web galleries to the contacts on my phone, when all of the sudden the phone started refusing to add the pictures because every photo is an "invalid file."
I went to my Picasa gallery on my computer and put a photo in a brand new album, and then I was able to pull the picture for my contacts.
Now I'm also noticing that my photos no longer come to full resolution when I open them (fullscreen only; thumbnails look ok) using the gallery function on the phone.
I am a new smartphone user and have no clue what might have gone wrong. Help please!!
