Help Photos not downloading

Hi - I hope someone can help me. No photos that I have taken with my LG4 in the last 3 weeks can be down loaded. All photos taken before that time have downloaded fine.
I have tried importing to my Mac, and Dropbox. They have sync'd to OneDrive but I cannot now get them onto my Mac from there.
Have I inadvertently changed a setting?

It is driving me mad - I might have to go back to a separate camera!
