Hello. My wife and I both have galaxy s 7s. For some reason when she sends pictures I do not receive them, but I do from every other contact. Why is that?

Well, there could be a number of reasons for this.

1. Is the contact blocked?
2. The size of the file is too large for her to receive on her device (possible carrier issue on her end)
   
3. The network is experiencing problems on both devices

Since you can't remove the battery on this device, reboot it. If this doesn't resolve the issue, turn your phone into airplane mode, wait 30 seconds and then turn the airplane mode off and try again. Let us know the results to these troubleshooting steps.
