Picture Message

It probably is a stupid question to ask (once again, Nugget = techtarded), but how do I send a picture message? I usually message through Chomp, but I don't see a way to send a picture message.

Open Albums
Scroll over picture you want
On the bottom there is a arrow icon \/
This will give you many picture messaging options
You can now send me your pictures!
