How do I take pictures off my android to my pc?

Goto to settings/wireless and network/usb settings select mass storage. go back to your home screen. plug your phone into your computer and it should mount your phone and/or an external sd card as extra drives on your pc. Open those extra drives, you can find the pictures and copy them over.

Sometime depending how the phone is set up just plugging it in will mount the drives on your pc.
