Can anyone suggest me a best most mobile under 30k . Waiting for One Plus 5 but is it worth?/

Go to Gsmsrena then choose the phone finder option. There select the features you want in you phone and search for the same on Google. I'm sure Google would give you price in rupees. Doesn't it?
Anyway 1plus 5 will be good. If you can sacrifice on the latest hardware the choose any phone of your desired budget without thinking of how new it is. I know people who are yet using 1plus 1 and running a nougat custom ROM . Rest is your choice.
