Help Play Movies not working on N7

Hi all,

I'm having some really annoying problems with Google Play Movies that have been happening since Christmas and only on my N7 2013.

I took advantage of some free film offers over the Christmas holidays and added Gravity, X-Men and Sherlock Holmes to my library. I've tried watching them on my N7 and on my Chromecast via the N7 but neither works.

If I try to watch any film or TV show on the N7 itself, I get the following message:

I don't have network problems (I can browse the web, YouTube etc. fine) and I can download the movie without problem, it just won't actually allow me to play it!

And instead if I try to cast to my Chromecast, I get this message:

This is the same film, tried seconds apart to view and I do hold a licence for it. I've tried clearing the cache for Google Play Movies which hasn't solved anything. Weirdly, when I go into my library on my N5 to try and watch the same film (both on device and on the Chromecast) it works perfectly.

What else can I try to get this working?!?!

Thanks!
