Hi all, I'm having some really annoying problems with Google Play Movies that have been happening since Christmas and only on my N7 2013. I took advantage of some free film offers over the Christmas holidays and added Gravity, X-Men and Sherlock Holmes to my library. I've tried watching them on my N7 and on my Chromecast via the N7 but neither works. If I try to watch any film or TV show on the N7 itself, I get the following message: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4wNKbI8_OoGNGRlMDRjSzlzbTktZWp2YVJrRmVnd1R6V3pv/view?usp=sharing I don't have network problems (I can browse the web, YouTube etc. fine) and I can download the movie without problem, it just won't actually allow me to play it! And instead if I try to cast to my Chromecast, I get this message: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4wNKbI8_OoGTlhiSW1LY3FORGhCd0RhYjR5UFYzTDJXRGRR/view?usp=sharing This is the same film, tried seconds apart to view and I do hold a licence for it. I've tried clearing the cache for Google Play Movies which hasn't solved anything. Weirdly, when I go into my library on my N5 to try and watch the same film (both on device and on the Chromecast) it works perfectly. What else can I try to get this working?!?! Thanks!
