Play store won't download apps

Hello. Does anyone know why is my play store will not download any apps from it? When i tap install it says downloading but it will not download. It will stay like that for hours until i gave up and cancel the download. It wasn't always like this though. Does anybody know? All apps are like this when i try to download it.

I have to face this issue, but the issue resolved automatically within 1-2 day(s).
