playstore not connecting to wifi

i m new here, i have samsung galaxy star pro. my play store is not connecting to wifi and google settings icon is grey. so could any one help me with solving my prob?

Is your phone connected to the internet by wifi? (Can you open a browser and come to this site, for instance?) It could be a DNS problem, but without knowing a lot more, there's really not even a good guess we can give you.
