I just rooted my droid X, and using root explorer i renamed the voice command app tp te .bak extention and then all of a sudden i get a message "The application com.nuance.android.vsuite.vsuiteapp (process com.nuance.android.vsuit.vsuiteapp) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." and my only option is to Force Close over and over again.......

any and all advise will be greatly appreciated ????

I deleted voicecommands.apk and I got the same fc message. Just pull the battery and restart your phone and the message will disappear.

You're welcome! I was freaking out the first time it happened to me as well...I recommend you get the Droid X Bootstrapper and backup your system just in case you mess up.

Click THANKS on his posts to show him how much you appreciate his help.

I tell people if they are going to root don't even bother unless you are going to download Titanium Backup and Bootstrap. One little mistake can cost you everything.
