i have rooted my lg p500 with gingerbreak .and mistakely i deleted system default web browser without backing up and now i am unable to use any kind of internet ,,edge..also unable to use market and all app needing internet..now how to install web browser in system is a huge problem ..please help

It's not the shortest solution, but I would recommend you to install the stock ROM using KDZ Updater and then do the root process again on it.
