Help please help major issue htc one x

hi guys,
so i have a htc one x and the 3 buttons at the bottom ( back,home and switch between apps) have stopped working completely!
i now cant use my phone without restarting it to do something simple.
i have done a factory reset and still nothing.

please please help

Might be worth contacting HTC cause it could be a hardware problem.

Im facing the same problem...my HTC one X was not responding to the soft keys (bottom three keys)...Plz help in iresolving the issue....Thankks
