Help Please help me Droid incredible wont boot not even into recovery

I jsut copied over my entier sd card to the computter and jsut did a back up but then when i tried to reboot my phone it went to the splash image and then after a bit gave me 5 vibrations and went ot a black screen with the led flashing green so i took out hte batry and tried to boot into recovery and it gave me 3 vibrations and no LED please help me

Pull the battery again, put back in, make sure you are holding volume DOWN when trying to boot into hboot/recovery

I had the exact same problem yesterday when trying to boot into recovery (and yes I was holding the volume down button). After a couple battery pulls, the phone was finally able to boot up normally, but I'm afraid to try to boot into recovery again. (So no hard resets for me ). Try letting the phone boot normally.
