My son has progressed with a game called Plants Vs Zombies, he is now at some high level. I upgraded his tablet to a new one and he is very upset that he has to start playing at level 1 (ie from the begining). I have the game installed on both tablets. Is there a local file or some method of synching his progress on the new tablet. There must be something on the tablet that has the current status of the levels he unlocked. Is there a way of finding such files and copying it to the new tables. Your assistance is very much needed and appreciated. The new tablet is ICS os.
    Thanks.

Try using Titanium Backup on the old tablet to save the data. Then restore it on the new one.

Personally if my dad got me a tablet I would be pretty stoked and the last thing on my mind would be game progress.

Root is required to use Titanium backup.

I don't think there is any way unless you root your tablet and use titanium. At least I can't think of anything
