Please help me :(

Hey ... I got my samsung galaxy ace,and i admit i dont know much about it apart from how to use my basic apps which are facebook and watsapp! I was in the middle of using watsapp when my phone froze. So i switched it off and now when ever i try and switch it on sticks on the samsung black start up screen!! I bought a new battery thinking it may be that,but isnt! Please Please Pleaaase if anyone knows how to fix this,if its fixable,let me know!! Thanks in advance

Its fixable, don't worry, it needs the firmware to be reinstalled in the phone. Since you are very new to android, i would not suggest you the methods you can do to fix this, instead you should take it to the samsung service center, they will reinstall the android firmware in the phone.

This is a total rooting, flashing and upgrading guide, for your problem you just need to read about the method regarding the use of Odin(Section C in the tutorial). This for S5830 only.
